When you purchase a digital product from Automatik Labz, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business purposes. This includes:
- Using prompts, templates, and blueprints for your own content and business
- Customizing and modifying templates for your needs
- Using outputs generated by our prompts in commercial projects
Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share our products as-is
- Include our products in competing products or bundles
- Claim authorship of our products
- Use our products for illegal or harmful purposes
Commercial Use
You MAY use our products for commercial purposes including client work, agency services, and building your own products — as long as you are not reselling the raw templates/prompts themselves.
Payments
All payments are processed by our third-party payment providers (Gumroad, Stripe, PayPal). Prices are in USD. All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on automatiklabz.com, including text, graphics, logos, and digital products, is the property of Automatik Labz and protected by copyright laws. The Automatik Labz name, logo, and brand identity are our trademarks.
Disclaimer
Our products are educational and informational in nature. We do not guarantee specific financial results. Income examples are illustrative and depend on many factors including your effort, market conditions, and business model. AI-generated outputs may vary based on the AI model, version, and usage context.
Limitation of Liability
Automatik Labz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
